This website and online store are owned and operated by Blue Chateau 25 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, digital platforms, related content, features, functionality, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”), which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all sales transactions are conducted solely between you and Blue Chateau 25.

3.2 Order Errors

If an error occurs in pricing, availability, or product description, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order prior to shipment. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment.

3.3 Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once accepted and processed, except at our sole discretion. Please review your order carefully before submission.

You represent and warrant that all purchases are for personal, non-commercial use only and not for resale, export, or commercial distribution without our prior written consent.
