Welcome to Blue Chateau LLC. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use this website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
1. General Conditions
Blue Chateau reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue products without notice
- Limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud, resale abuse, or unauthorized distribution
Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
2. Product Information & Disclaimer
We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions and images. However, we do not guarantee that:
- Product images perfectly match the item received
- Descriptions are error-free or complete
- Packaging will be identical to manufacturer promotional images
Fragrance performance (including longevity and projection) varies based on skin chemistry, environment, and usage. Results are not guaranteed.
3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Your order is not final until payment is successfully processed and shipment confirmation is issued.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud or chargeback risk
- Billing or payment verification issues
- Pricing or listing errors
- Inventory shortages
If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.
5. Return & Refund Policy
5.1 Return Eligibility
We accept returns within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unopened, and unaltered
- Be in original packaging with all seals, tags, and protective wrapping intact
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused at our sole discretion.
To initiate a return, you must contact jose@bluechateau25.com for authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
The return address will be provided upon approval.
Unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend trackable and insured shipping, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5.2 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect orders upon delivery.
Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by emailing:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
5.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-refundable:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Personal care products once unsealed
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or special-order products
- Hazardous materials or flammable goods
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrance products cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned.
5.4 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain a different product, customers must:
- Submit a return request (if eligible), and
- Place a new order separately.
Product availability is not guaranteed.
5.5 Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing occurs within ten (10) business days
Financial institutions may require additional time to post refunds.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a fraudulent or abusive chargeback may result in:
- Permanent account restriction
- Submission of documentation to the payment processor
- Collection efforts where permitted by law
We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks with supporting delivery confirmation and transaction records.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Chateau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
- Use or misuse of products
- Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities
- Delivery delays or carrier issues
- Website interruptions or errors
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Chateau, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Florida.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any updates.
