Blue Chateau Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully received and verified.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Blue Chateau reserves the right to delay processing in cases of suspected fraud, payment verification issues, or inventory discrepancies.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer domestic and international shipping options. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Standard Shipping (Domestic U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (Domestic U.S.): 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (or longer depending on customs clearance and local postal services)
Delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:
customs delays, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, holidays, or high shipping volumes.
Blue Chateau is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Destination address
- Selected shipping method
We may offer promotional shipping incentives from time to time, including:
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75, unless otherwise stated.
4. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
All items purchased from Blue Chateau are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract.
Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier.
Blue Chateau is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the carrier has confirmed shipment and tracking information has been provided.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Blue Chateau is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Orders delivered to wrong addresses due to customer error
- Additional fees incurred for reshipping or package interception
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping costs at checkout.
Customs policies vary by country, and delays due to customs clearance are outside of our control.
